Forms conditional logic not working with X Pro

Hi Theme Co

I have a form on my site with conditional logic only showing some fields when another option is selected, however now it shows all fields and the conditional logic is not working.

I have tried turning all plugins (except formidable) off and the problem persists.

If I view the form outside the theme or if I change to a standard wordpress theme then the form works.

Having narrowed it down to a conflict with the theme I hope you will be able to help? I have also asked formidable but suspect as their plugin works with other themes that they may say it is not the plugin which is at fault.

Hi Tamsin,

I have checked the Form preview and found that the conditional logic is working, but it is not working when you are previewing in the Theme. I investigated further and found the form is working fine inside the page inserted using the shortcode or embedded by selecting the page and it seems that it only has the problem with the Preview > In Theme part only. As this is a 3rd Party plugin and we don’t have much control over the code, I would also suggest you contact the plugin author with this specific information and let us know the feedback from them.

Thank you that is great. It was the case that the form on the page wasn’t working but it is now. It seems it is related to the embedding methods. Thank you for checking and for your help.
