Hi, I just wanted to bring this up again. In the last post you said it was incompatible content, but I just ran into this issue again on another site using PRO and Formidable Forms. Seems like this could be an incompatibility issue?
The old post… is there a way for me to “reopen” a post, instead of creating a new one?

Thanks for writing in! The threads will automatically gets closed when it is older than 10 days. It is best that you open up a new thread just like this one. I have checked your site and it seems that you have a caching issue. After doing the updates and site changes, always remember to clear all caches since you have install W3 Total Cache so that the code from the latest release and the one you have added (with the help of @Cramaton) is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.
