Formatting row to allow for a 3-4 column display

Howdy

I know there is a way to get columns to display beautifully on the site. I have 7 columns I want to display. I’d like them to display with the top row housing 3 and the bottom row housing 4. I’d like them to be evenly distributed. And, when viewed on multiple devices I’d like them to respond nicely. (not 2-1 and 2-2, which is the display I would get using 2 separate rows).

I have seen a tutorial on this, but I cannot find it. Can you please point me to it?

Cheers

Hi @KMCHTX,

Thank you for writing in, yup I understand what you’re trying to do, and that is possible with the new GRID element (available only on Pro).

Grid element is a bit complex compared to a traditional Row but its very power.

To learn more about the Grid element, please watch the Grid Element playlist tutorials we provided on our Channel.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!

Thanks @friech. Didn’t watch the video. I skimmed your tutorial and played around. I only made some basic changes, but it isn’t too hard to get started. Looks like I could do some really intense things with 10 cups of coffee and many hours of tweaking. (Don’t worry…I won’t). Thanks for such an awesome feature. I look forward to exploring it more over time.

You’re welcome, @KMCHTX. Have fun exploring, and go easy on the caffeine!
