Formatting lost on live site but not on preview

Hi there, I was wondering if you could help me?

I have made changes to the homepage, updated the Pro theme, updated all plugins, checked for any codes or colour codes to be correct - yet the homepage live shows without any Pro formatting (columns missing, text not formatted etc). I have even tried to save the page as a template and import into a new page with the same error. Please let me know what I can do as I have not been able to find a solution today. The other pages are fine, just the homepage.

Thanks for understanding.

After checking your Themeco Account, it has been found that the mentioned URL is still not listed with any of your existing purchase code. Regretfully, we can only support if that listed in your account.
Please let me know if that exists in any other account that you have.
