Formatting keeps dropping

HI - I know sometimes when a new page is created in Pro, it needs to be saved before the formatting shows. However we are seeing a number of pages on a client site reverting to unformatted seemingly randomly (see https://poppyfactoryst.wpengine.com/are-you-looking-for-work/ on the staging site). Once we go into the page in Pro and save the formatting returns but we need to stop it from happening. Can you advise

I checked your given page URL it seems that the page is working fine at my end, it might be the issue of the browser cache at your end. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again. If the issue still persists please let us know with a marking screenshot or video.

I compare both the site URL it seems that there might be the issue of broken HTML CSS syntax error. I would suggest you please check your custom CSS syntax through CSSLINT and clone your page then delete the section one by one and check which section is causing the issue.

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
