Formatting issues when posting blogs

Hi,

My organization uses WordPress to host our website and to post blogs. We typically type and review the blogs on a word document and paste the texts into WordPress. Individuals receive a notification when a blog is published to our website via email. We’ve been doing this process for awhile and the blogs continue to look fine when they are published on the website. Recently there have been formatting issues in the email that individuals receive when something is published to our website. I have an example below. In the photograph below the sentences should be in separate paragraphs but there are spacing issues throughout the email. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello @edforwarddc,

Thanks for writing in! The image were not included in your post. You may have forgotten or missed it. Please upload it in your next reply.

By the way, when you copy an article from a WORD document, you MUST paste it in Notepad or any text editor first. You will have then to copy the article content from Notepad or Text editor to the WordPress content editor. This step is crucial because in most cases, when you copy a content from Word document and paste it directly to the WordPress content editor, there are hidden Word document formatting codes that were also copied. These hidden formatting codes will break the content when WordPress renders the content.

Hope this explains your issue briefly.
