Form submission fails

I have tried to use different job board plugins and it has the same problem. When i am logged in as an admin, i am able to successfully apply for the available position listed but when i am logged out, i cannot submit the application.

I have tried to ask support from the developer of the plugin and tried to disable all the plugins and it has the same problem. So i believe the problem will be due to the X Theme.

I need help urgently on this as we are launching the site soon. Please help.

I advise to contact your hosting too, they have the upper-hand to see why your form is not sending/failing.
