Form shortcode not working on any page in Pro

Hi there,
I am using Forminator to display forms and everything was working fine until I applied the last time update today. Now I cannot get forms to display anywhere on the site. I have added the shortcode, checked all the visibility settings, created a test page and nothing, the shortcode acts like it doesn’t exist. When I add other text to the textbook, that will show up but the form will not. Can you please help me figure this out?

Thank you for writing in, it looks like the issue is within your Questionnaire form itself, I created a test form Lorem and it works just fine.

The Questionnaire form could be corrupted, or there is an error on one of its fields. Please audit that form.
