Form only show on Administrator mode

Created a form but only shows up when I am on administrator mode

Open to the internet display content already deleted.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the Contact page and found the issue without logging in. I have created a test page with the same content and it worked. It seems that the issue is related to the Server Level Cache, I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to purge all the server level cache. If that does not resolve your issue, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I created staging site, https://staging.loribohner.com/ on that site all the changes are visible.

Hi @afuego,

I have checked the contact page in your staging server without logging in, and it shows the form perfectly fine. So it should be the Server Level cache which is automatically cleared for the staging and that is why it shows the form.

NOTE: Please contact your Hosting Service provider for that.

Found the cause of the issue: the plugin W3 Total Cache was not correctly removed, and it left lots of file information, including instructions on the .htaccess file. Thank you for the help!
