Form not loading in cornerstone with jetpack

Moring Devs,

At it again…

Now that Gravity Forms element is no longer supported since the update, I entered the short code into a classic raw content element as directed. Form showed up as soon as I did and I could begin my css round. I saved changes and then went and changed something on the form itself. I then reloaded the page in cornerstone and the raw content element disappeared. CSS is still saved, but the form is gone. I loged out and back in and went back into the page through cornerstone but it’s still not there. I can see it when I view the page, I can see the form.

I disabled jetpack’s performance, even though I already had lazyloading disabled, and now I can see it.

Is there a reason why I can’t have jetpack speeding up my site (as it should) and see content in cornerstone?

Thanks

Stephanie

Hello Stephanie,

We’re sorry you’re having this issue. Unfortunately, JETPACK is not compatible with the theme by default.

There might be some modules in jetpack with compatibility issues with Cornerstone. The issue is not on JETPACK nor in CORNERSTONE but rather incompatibility within these two plugins.

You can try disabling/enabling specific module to find which one cause the conflict. Then you can report to jetpack these findings. Thank you.
