Form not connecting to Zoho CRM

I am trying to embed a Zoho CRM webform (in HTML) into a webpage of Xtheme.
It shows the form but does not send the information to Zoho CRM. This is the page:

In my actual “old” website (same server), the same code works perfectly.

Thanks for reaching out.

It’s not added in the builder so there should be no conflict between the form and cornerstone or theme. And by checking the added code, there is extra HTML that breaks the javascript.

Looks like your HTML code aren’t compatible with the editor’s line breaks. It’s either remove the line breaks from your HTML content, or use HTML raw or text element using cornerstone.
