Form Maker contact form

We are using Form Maker contact form plugin for our contact forms. We added the form using a short code within Cornerstone page builder. When we updated Theme X and Cornerstone page builder the form built with the Form Maker plugin did not show up even though the short code remained in place.
We had to restore a previous backup of the website.

Thanks for writing in.

Usually shortcodes work fine when you add them in Cornerstone through the raw content element.

However, when I try adding a form by Form Maker, it is generating this error:

We do not provide support for third party plugins or scripts due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
