Form integration

Hi!
I want to use a Kartra Form on my page.
In Kartra this form looks like this:

But on my page it’s only shown looking like this:

Why doesn’t it show properly and how can I fix this?

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked you given page URL, It seems that you Form style are getting override by the other plugin styling. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

It would require custom CSS to override the styling for that you need to learn CSS and learn how to use the browser’s element inspector.

Please note that we don’t provide custom development support it is out of the support scope.
