Form Integration - Gravity Forms Ajax not working

Hey there - I hope you’re having a great day! I’ve got an issue with the Form Integration element, which isn’t honouring the “Ajax Enabled” checkbox. If I embed the form using a GF Shortcode, it works as expected.

Is this a bug? :man_shrugging:

Thanks for your time, Conor

Hi Conor,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the Form Integration element and found the issue you described. There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

Thanks for the response. I’ve disabled all plugins except for Gravity Forms. Pro is the theme installed. Disabled varnish cache at server level, and cleared all other possible other caches. The issue persists.

Secure note attached to original post has login details. The site is in development so its fine for troubleshooting to take place.

Thanks!

Hi @conorseed,

I was able to replicate the same issue on my development website. I suspect this could be a bug, I’ll report this to our issue tracker for further investigation. In the meantime, please use the shortcode.

Hope that helps.
