Form Conditional Logic Won't Work on Mobile

I have a landing page that has a form with conditional logic that pulls from a database to populate fields.

I have a section with the form in it that I serve on extra small and small screens. And then another section with the same form in it to serve on the larger screens.

The logic and fields populate on the larger screens but it doesn’t work on smaller screens.

Is it because the form that’s being hidden is still on the page in the background?
