Forever spinning wheel (Design Cloud and Cornerstone)

Hello,

I’ve just subscribed to PRO and successfully installed the theme on my Wordpress site.

However, whenever I click “Launch Design Cloud” under the Pro tab in Wordpress, or any option under Cornerstone that isn’t “Settings,” I see [joshgarofalo.com] in the address bar and a constant spinning wheel.

I’m using SiteGround and Safari (not sure if this matters). I know others who have used this theme + SiteGround, so I don’t think it’s hosting incompatibility.

Any ideas? I am NOT a developer/designer, so keep it 101 if possible.

Please make sure that your server met the requirements to run the latest version. You can refer to this checklist:

Go to Tools > Site Health > Status. Make sure that there are no performance issues like your PHP version or Post Max Size value.

In some cases, you may also need to increase your PHP memory limit, PHP post max size, and PHP upload max size. Kindly check this out:

Reached out to Siteground. This is their reply:

After inspecting the browser Console - I have spotted that the Plugin was failing to load certain Minified JS Files. I have proceeded with deactivating the JS Minification from SiteGround Optimizer > Frontend Optimizations > Minify JS and the Cornerstone > Design Cloud function is now working.
