Force section backgrounds to align bottom on IE

Hi there, we’ve got a few issues we’re still trying to iron out with our site on the dreaded IE11.

The main one is to do with section background images. If you look at the link below the background image is positioned at the top and leaves a gap at the bottom.

I have this set as cover, center bottom - which seems to solve the issue on some pages, but not others in IE

So for some reason IE seems to be ignoring the positioning of this element, I’ve even tried entering it as inline css for that section but still with no luck.

Any ideas how I can force this ?

Yes, setting the position to “bottom center” should have resolve the issue. If this is already and has been displayed properly in all browsers excerpt for IE, then you probably have some IE caching issues. Please clear the IE browser cache or use IE private browsing mode and test your site again.
