Force columns to not rap

Hello,

I would like to have a layout that has 3 pictures side by side on one row and then 4 pictures side by side on the next row. Is there a way I can make it so the images just get smaller when going to mobile rather than rapping and filling the space. I could just make it all one big image but would rather do it in the layout code. Thanks for any info

I used Layer Slider. Worked perfectly.
