Force a column break using text multi-column layout

Hi there. I’m using Pro and have a text element with multi-column layout enabled (using two columns). I would like the second column to begin at a specific point in the text but the ‘Content Break’ ‘Auto’ and ‘Avoid’ options have it breaking at other points.

Is there some code I can insert to force a column break?
