It will be very difficult to recognize the reason behind it without investigating it through the Admin Dashboard. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

It is very hard for us to check if it is just a screenshot. I suggest that you disable the 2 factor in the meantime while we are checking on your website.
On the other hand, I also suggest that you clear the cache system. To do that, please go to Cornerstone > Settings and locate the system tab then click the clear style cache button.
