Footer widget areas in x are organized badly

for some reason widget area #2 is being put UNDERNEATH widget area #1 instead of being put at the same level.

please send me the code to fix this.

see attached graphic, as well as code of _footer-widget-areas.php

i already have it set up to override that file - I just need the code that actually works to do so.

and now it all makes sense…found a missing closing div - added it, adn all is good.
