Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Of course you can change the padding around the bar in your footer. Simply edit your footer, click on the bar and find the padding property.

Hope this helps.

thank you.

because i set the hight to 100px and not to auto the option for the padding was not visible.

can you explain why the padding options are not visible when i set hight not to auto? i did not get the logic.
i think thats a bug.

it must be posible to set the hight at 100px and change the padding.

i now did a workaround. i tipe in auto. set the padding and then delete auto and put 100px in.

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! When you set the height as auto, the padding should take effect. If ever you set a particular height like 100px, the padding is ignored and the area is divided or fitted to accommodate the height instead. This is why no matter what you do to change the padding, as long as the total height of the top, bottom padding plus the height of the content is less than the height you set, the padding will always be ignored.

Hope this helps.

if i set the hight to auto. there is always in background the last padding that was inputet to the layout.

the padding is not ignored.

Hi There,

When height is set to auto, the padding option is available and we can always reset it. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbQvibIx7k

Now, I can see what you’re saying that from that auto, when padding is set, then switch to 100px, the previous padding is still there and it was added to 100px you have set. I will forward this to our developer for investigation. For now, set it to zero before settings specific height.
