It seems that you have two bars on your Footer builder which are identical somehow. Would you please kindly go to Pro > Footers > YOUR WEBSITE MAIN FOOTER and check if you have duplicate bars?
If yes, please delete one that you do not want.

I checked the source code of your site and the Footer is really duplicated. You’re using the latest version of the theme and not using a child theme so there could be a 3rd party plugin that affects the output of the footer.
Please for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. If you’ve found the conflicting plugin, please contact the plugin author to fix their plugin.
Only if there’s no plugin causing the issue, give us the following info in a Secure Note as asked previously.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password.
