Footer set to NONE - Still Shows on Page

See attached image. I set the footer to none and yet a footer still shows for this page - even when viewed on the front end. Am I not understanding this setting or is this a bug?

I used to turn off the footer using page conditionals but can’t find where those are anymore.

Thanks for writing to us.

In case you want to remove the footer I would suggest you go to the page edit–>Settings—>Page template —> Set the page template as “Blank - No Container | Header, No Footer”. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.
