Footer scrolling above window bottom

Hello,

I have a header that has a fixed bar at the bottom of the page for an email signup. When I scroll down the page, the footer comes up and obscures the signup bar, which is what I want. But, then it scrolls up past the bottom to reveal the signup bar again.

Is there any way to make the footer stop scrolling up past the bottom of the browser window?

Hi,

To achieve that, you can add this in Header > CSS

.hm16.x-bar-space {
    height: 0;
}
