Footer rendering sideways on Browsers

I have a user, that when using the Checkout, sees the footer to the side of the main page. It also stops him from paying. This only happens when:

  • You login as him
  • You use Edge on PC Win 11 or Mac
  • You use Chrome on PC or Mac
  • You use a Safari private window on Macs
  • You visit the checkout page (with something in the basket)

Here’s what it looks like

I will add a secure note, so you can login as this user, and see for yourself. This only happens on this persons account, it affects his mobile phone too. I’m stumped.

Bill.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have investigated and found the issue with the checkout page for specific users. It seems some broken HTML content is injected with some of the fields, which might be Billing or Shipping addresses. I would suggest you troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
