Footer Problem

Hello,
I’ve tried to create a footer inside the footer builder and it looks like the first part of the screenshot.
Then I’ve saved it and I’ve assigned it to a page, but when I go to that page the footer looks like the second part of the screenshot.

I can’t provide you the URL because the website isn’t published yet.

How can I fix this?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
