Footer over Header

Is it possible to position the footer a layer lower than the header. At the moment, my very high footer overlaps the header and the header-submenu, when scrolling down:

Thanks for writing in!

Yes, it is possible. Please edit your custom header and in your Bar element, make sure that the z-index value is higher than what you have in your Bar element that is in your custom footer.

In my example below, I set the z-index to 16000 ;

Thank you very much for your great support! My header was set with a z-index of 9999, so I have set the z-index of my footer to 1000. Now it works perfect!
