Footer Not Working In Pro

When I go into PRO to edit my footers, the screen is just grey.

The bottom portion (menu) to select which one I want shows up okay but when I click the one I want to edit, nothing shows up.

Thanks for writing in! It seems that you have enabled under construction mode. However, could you please try following the points below and see if that helps.

1.Make sure that you’re fully updated by following our version information here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and update accordingly by following this guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).

2.After updating, make sure to purge your server cache if you’re using a caching plugin.

3.If you’re using a child theme, switch to your parent theme to see if you have any conflict with your child theme.

4.Disable your your 3rd party plugins to see if you’re experiencing any issues with one your 3rd party plugins.

Further I would suggest you to install the following plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/) activate it and then head over to Dashboard -> WP-Serverinfo section. Then check the following server configurations.

• PHP Version - We recommend PHP v5.6.x or higher to avoid incompatibility issues. Some hosts allows to switch PHP versions within the hosting control panel. If not, you can contact your hosting provider and ask them to update.

• PHP Memory Limit - We recommend PHP memory limit of 512 MiB. You can increase it by following our guide here. Please check to see from WP-Serverinfo page whether it has been increased. Some hosting providers does not allow to increase it manually, so you will have to contact them directly.

• PHP max script execution time - We recommend the value of 120 or higher (300). Here’s how to increase that value (https://www.simplified.guide/php/increase-max-execution-time).

if you’re still experiencing this issue, please provide us with your WordPress login credentials along with your FTP credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.
