Footer not showing No Container Template

Site: http://fantasy-books.live
Wordpress version: 4.8.1
X Pro 1.1.1

Hello,

Problem:

So I’ve realized that for any Blank No Container templates, even when you specify to have a footer, the footer does not show regardless. Can you help me with this?

Specific Url: http://fantasy-books.live/new-front

Hey,

Thank you for writing in!

I have checked your site and there isn`t the footer. To check this issue, can you provide to us your WP credentials in a secure note?

Hello. I added a secure note, giving access to an account of the site.

Hi There,

Please clean your browser cache, footer seems to be working on all pages.

Let us know how it goes.

The other pages uses Fullwidth layout.

This is the only page where I am using a Blank No container (Header, Footer) layout.

If I use any layout without a container, the footer vanishes.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, the given User/Pass does not have the administrator privileges and we can not access to Pro > Launch > Theme Options menu.

Please kindly check the stack you are using in theme options. Some of our stacks do not support specific page templates and you need to set them globally from the stack options.

Thank you.

Hello, that User/Pass should have admin privlages now. I use the Ehos stack.

When I try and change the Pro Footer while on that particular page, I get :
cs-body.js?ver=2.0.6:2

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery.easing[jQuery.easing.def] is not a function
at Object.swing (cs-body.js?ver=2.0.6:2)
at init.run (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:4)
at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:4)
at n.fx.tick (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:4)
The code tries to initiate consistently, only to come up with an error. I even get, “Script on the front -end is causing a conflict” once in a while when I try and update the footer.

Though, when I try and edit the content of the page using cornerstone, there are no errors…

If it is the stack, are there any options?

The main reason I used No Container (Header, Footer) instead of fullwidth is to remove the padding the container has, so that the elements meet the edges of the page.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

Looks like the provided has no full admin capability, I can’t check the plugins. Plus, your site is behind CloudFlare where assets are cached, and you have W3 total cache too. That’s multiple layers of optimization, is it okay if you disable CloudFlare (like setting your domain nameserver to your hosting nameserver), and disable the cache plugin too. That’s to make sure we’ll be checking it with no cache at all, I’ll forward this too for further checking.

Thanks!
