Footer Not Displaying after setting a separate condition of a bar

Hi,

I was working on a client’s footer and it suddenly stopped displaying. The Footer is set to Display on entire site and it happened when I set a condition of a Bar in the footer to not show in the Contact Us page.

Now even after removing the condition, setting the prioity of the bar to 1, 0, and even -1 nothing is displaying. I have purged the cache many times.

It shows and looks fine in the Cornerstone editor - just not on the front end.

I’ll add login details - would you mind having a look for me please?

Thanks,
Darren.

Hey @DesignMunky,

Thanks for reaching out!

The footer is now showing properly on the website. Here are a couple of things that I have done:

  • Purging Cornerstone cache by going to Cornerstone > Settings.
  • Remove the condition
  • Reapply the entire website condition and set the priority to -1.
  • then the footer is now showing

Hope that helps.

Hi Marc,

Thanks for looking into this for me. I’m still not seeing the Footer in either Safari or Chrome. I’ve cleared the cache in both browsers. And I just checked with a colleague who is not seeing it on her browsers either.

Regards,
Darren.

Hi Darren,

I have applied the condition to the Bar2 of the Footer and it worked. It starts showing only on the Contact Us page. Please find the screenshot describing it.

Condition:

One bar is showing on other pages:

Two bars are showing on the contact us page:
