Footer not centre in IE11

Hi,

My footer is not centred in IE11. I added CSS previously to stop columns wrapping which works fine if you are on a higher resolution then the footer columns are more to the right and not centred with the webpage content. The CSS in my footer that stopped the wrapping is;

.x-text-standard {
width: 100% !important;
}
footer.x-colophon .x-bar-content {
max-width: 1500px !important;
}

I did increase the max-width to 2500px which did help centre it but then the log and text under the columns was too far to the left so i probably need some code that we centre it.

Any ideas guys.

Hi there,

Could you try changing your main footer bar’s flex layout setting? Change the horizontal option to center instead of space around. Else, this will need specific CSS for IE only, like this

    @media all and (-ms-high-contrast:none)
     {
     *::-ms-backdrop, .fm1.x-bar {
justify-content: center;
}
     }

Thanks!
