Footer Navigation issue on Tablets

Hello! The following page is having issues with navigation menus in the footer displaying correctly on tablets. Mobile and desktop screens appear to be working fine. It’s crunching all the wording together…

Any ideas on what could be causing it to occur?

Hi,

This is common issue with the old version of the theme.

Please update to the latest version (Pro 2.1.6) and see if that fixes the issue.

Take note of the following when updating.

  1. Create full backup of your site before updating. You can use the following third party plugin
  1. Read changelog to be aware of the changes in the new version of the theme

https://theme.co/changelog/

  1. After updating, make sure to clear plugin cache, browser cache and system’s cache(under PRO> settings).
  1. If possible, create a staging site and do the update in the staging site first. If everything is working you can apply the update in your live site.
  1. In PRO 2.1.6, cornerstone is incorporated to the theme itself so you need to deactivate Cornerstone plugin.

Hope this helps

Problem is still there after update. Cache cleared on everything.

2 other websites I have setup are experiencing the same issue and they were already fully updated.

Any other ideas?

Hi There,

Still this seems to be a caching issue as I could not replicate the issue.

Could you please try removing all of your custom CSS rules, purge your server cache and re-test this issue again.

If you’re still having issues, please also mention the device, browser and the version that you have checked.

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hello!

Issue is still occurring on tablets for all websites listed. Flushed server cache for each website. Cleared local cache on browser and tried on both Chrome and Safari apps on iPad. issue appears every time.

Hi,

I checked both sites in safari and chrome in ipad and iphone but could not replicate the issue on my end.

Can you try it on another device.

Thanks

Weird. Well, I’m not as concerned if the issue cannot be replicated on your end. If I can replicate on another device, I’ll reach out. Thanks for the help!

Sure, do let us know if the persists.

Thank you!
