Footer Missing on entire site

Hi there. recently I noticed the footer was missing on my entire site. I have tried the following already.

1. Deactivating all plugins 1 by 1 to check for conflict. This did nothing.
2. Removing and checking all custom code on the site. this did nothing
3. removing caching plugin and then when re-activating checking all of the settings to make sure that was not an issue.

Hi @rmaustinpdx,

Thank you for writing in, it looks like you did template customization on your footer and that seems to broke it. Please remove or update those customizations, so it will be compatible with the latest X. You can try switching to parent X theme to see if this is really the case.
