Footer Menu Disappeared

Hi,
for some reason my footer menu is not showing anymore.

I was trying to change the CSS so the text was black and hover color rgb(239, 0, 124), that was being done in custom CC however that was all removed.

if anyone can help see why this is happening that would be great!

Thank you for writing in, please navigate to X > Theme Options > Footer and turn On the Footer Menu option.
