Footer looks great in Mac but not on PC

Hi, I made a footer in pro and it looks great on Safari on my Mac, and Chrome on my Mac and Chrome on my PC BUT the quote is about one word wide and runs vertical on windows explorer on my PC, but another person whom I asked to give feedback had it happened on Chrome on their computer
This is what it looks like. How do I fix it?

Hi Jane,

The problem that you are experiencing is that the Internet Explorer version 11 which is the only version we support, has a bug regarding the CSS Flexbox which we use in the header builder. The problem is that you can not use the auto value for the flex based options and you either need to use 100% or some value with a unit.

So please go to the header builder and check the Flex options of the bars, containers and the specific element in question and make sure that you change the Flex Basis from auto to some value that has a unit such as 100%.
