Footer issues

footer elements in my site show as text . i downloaded design clouds mail template for a footer…

The template shows on edit and i can edit there. once preview the changes, the template dispays as text only

i have deactivated all plugins to test for conflict
increased execution time
and increase memory limit to 512 per your last advice. the issue still lingers and i dont know what i am missing.
someone enlighten me. I dont have tons of programming/ coding knowledge but are quite familiar with most site builders. I can make minor back-end changes

I tried that same template on my test site and it seems to work well.

Do you have any custom css or js added to your site? Can you try removing all and see if that resolves the issue.

If that doesn’t help, please provide us your wordpress admin login in SECURE NOTE(key icon)

Hi again,

I checked your setup and there seems to be conflict between your header and footer. Your header setup is conflicting with your footer. When I unassigned your global header your footer started to work fine. Try creating a header with a design cloud template or a just create a blank header for a testing purpose, make it a global header and see if your footer works fine? If it does then you can review your header content and look out for any syntax errors.

Thanks. The conflict was in the navigation inline on the footer not being the same as on top bar …

AFter fixing the conflict the design cloud template is no longer fullwidth. can you take a look and give me an idea.

What do you mean by no longer fullwidth? It still the same as in your screenshot, it’s fullwidth to the container matching the content.

its wierd the template loads with alot of space on both sides of the page. its like the template and page settings do not match

Please use a Blank - No Container | Header, Footer template to your page.
