Footer Issue with unnecessary space

I setup the footer and I don’t know why it still unnecessary space on the top of footer.
May you help me to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out.

It’s the upper part of the footer where widgets are usually displayed. To hide it, please go to Theme Options > Footer > FOOTER WIDGET AREAS and set it None (Disable).

Thanks but I still need footer. I did find other way to do it. Thanks your effort btw.
