Footer is assigned, but won’t show up

Hello,
I tried to disable plugins, and i also update wordpress, and nothing solves the issue.
The Footer is assigned but he won´t show.

Help please

In order to help you with your concern, we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot common issue before we investigate your settings.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Exact Footer URL and where do you want to assign it.

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Hi @mauriatti,

I suspect that it has something to do with the cache. I suggest that you clear all your cache and 3rd party CDN like Cloudflare. I also suggest that you clear the system cache in Cornerstone > Settings > System then click the Clear Style Cache button.

hi @marc_a , didnt worked, i cleared the cash and footer continues to not show.

Hello @mauriatti,

It looks like that the Loco Translate plugin is causing the issue. I have temporarily deactivated the plugin and now the custom header and the custom footer are now displaying.

If you want to translate your site, please check this alternative ways:
