Footer doesn't appear on Posts page, even when Global

I’ve created a site footer, which can be seen on the front page. However, it doesn’t show on the Posts page; I’ve tried assigning it directly and setting the footer to Global, but no change. Am I doing something wrong?

Site is http://www.thedailyplatform.com.

Hey There,

As you have under construction plugin active would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site

All the best!

Secure note posted with credentials. Thank you!

Hi there,

I have tried checking your post pages and the footer seems to be displaying fine. See screenshots below.

Please try to clear your cache and refresh the post pages.

Yes, the individual post pages are fine. The problem is with the post feed page:

Hi,

Footer is also working on your blog page on my end.

Please clean your browser cache and test it again.

Thank you

I’m so confused – I think I’m going crazy! :grimacing: We’ve had multiple people view it on multiple browsers, on multiple computers and smartphones, on multiple networks, and cleared browser caches on all of them – and they all show the wrong footer. Are we both talking about the same page – the second page linked from the top menu bar, All Programs? Also, notice that the footer showing is somewhat similar to the correct one, so it might not look different at a glance. The footer we’re seeing only has the logo; the correct footer has added links and search bar.

Hey @dlovegrove,

Sorry for the confusion! Now check your All Programs page.
After setting footer globally, You need to remove individual assignment from other pages.
If you make any custom footer global, you still have chance to set individual footer for different pages.

Regards

Oh, I see! That’s a great feature and good to know. Thank you so much for your help!

You’re most welcome.
