Footer dissapears after editing

Hi

Running PRO for a client. Whenever we edit a global footer in any browser and save, it’s all good and footer is working. But when client edits in any browser and save, then footer dissapears from website.

Thanks for providing the information. I can confirm that the issue issues in your WP installation. Can you please re install Pro theme? You can do it manually. Please “Manual Updates” from this documentation:

• https://theme.co/docs/how-to-update

And then you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
