Footer Disappeared Completely

Weird one but my bottom footer is missing. Under widgets, the text boxes are no longer there.

Is there anywhere I should check for something being switched off?

I’ve not been Cornerstone for a month. I’ve not touched the footer area.

I have checked your site and I am seeing the footer.

After doing the updates and making the site changes, always remember to clear all caches since you are using WP Rocket so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

That’s the the full footer.

Here’s a old screenshot:

I always clear the cache. I’ve looked at the site in Incognito.

As I mentioned above, the text boxes for the footer have completely disappeared.

Is there anywhere else in Cornerstone that I should be looking? Things seem to change with updates.

Hi Gemma,

Can you check it in the Inactive Widgets in the Widgets Page if the text boxes are still there?
If it still isn’t there, can you provide a login credential for us in a secure note for your site, so that we can investigate further.

It could be a caching related as I see your site heavily caches and minified.
