Footer content overlaps header

I have done something wrong when setting up a global footer. When you scroll to the bottom of the page the footer text overlaps the header. Only noticeable on mobile devices. Thanks for the help.

Hi There,

Please change the z-index option of your bars in footer to 9998 instead:
