one of my footer container is overlapping the header in mobile view when we scroll , i want that when footer and header are stop scrolling when they both come closer. stop overlapping.
the footer container z index is auto and header z index is 9999.

Thanks for posting! Please make sure that the z-index of the Bar elements on your custom header is 99999 while the z-index of the Bar elements in your custom footer is 99900 only.
