Footer container not 100% wide

I’ve been trying to figure out why this container is showing the way it is. There aren’t any other containers in the row. But I can’t get it to spread out. I don’t want it to spread full width (like with space between), but I want it so the menu item with two words doesn’t stack. Any ideas?

Thanks!
Jen

Hi There,

Please confirm you are using Pro Footer builder to create the footer.
If so please change the flex option for the menu, it might help.

Hope this helps!

Yes, I’m using the Pro Footer builder. I changed the settings for the Navigation Inline Element but it is still staying stacked. Should I do something with the container that contains the Navigation?

Thanks,
Jen

Hi again,

Try changing the Self Flex Preset to Fill Space Equally of all the containers in that bar and see if this resolves the issue.

Let us know how this goes!

It seems to work on Chrome, but not in Safari. Which is very odd. Having the same issue with my top nav menu as well. There is plenty of space, but Safari still stacks multiple word menu items instead of having them on one line.

Hello There,

You maybe having browser caching issue in Safari. Please consider clearing the browser cache of Safari or even use private browsing mode in Safari and test your site again.

Please let us know how it goes.

I have cleared the cache and tried private browsing. However, it has always stacked in Safari since I designed it. I know the cache has updated because I see other changes I’ve made. I’ve attached the login information below. Thanks.

Hi There,

Thanks for the details!

I checked your site in Safari and both the menu are working fine there.
Please check the screenshot in secure note.

Thanks

Thanks for checking. I see my font is not working properly on your Safari though, which is concerning. I see it on my end. I’m working with the host to see if it’s a server setting that isn’t working properly as it doesn’t show up correctly on mobile devices either.

Hello There,

I am another staff checking in and I am seeing the same:

By the way, the font is not working because My Fonts Web Fonts Kit css file is not being loaded or missing.

If this is from a plugin, please make sure that your plugin is up to date. You may need to consult to the creators of this plugin or where this css file is coming to resolve the issue.

Thank you.
