Footer Contact Background Not Black?

On the homepage the footer bar is black on the contact page it is not. Any reason why?

You are having this issue because somewhere in your custom footer, you have inserted this improper css:

color:#ffffff;

You should be able to find this in the Footer > {edit your custom footer } and find the Custom CSS section.
