Notice how when you load it on a mobile phone, that the footer elements are messed up. Though the bar on the top is using Layout = Row, is there any way to change it for mobile devices where it would be Layout = Column?

Thank you for writing in, you can utilize the Hide During Breakpoints feature to show one container for desktop and another container for mobile.
Also please watch how the Flexbox works here, and you might not needed the Hide During Breakpoints feature for the footer layout that you want to achieve both on desktop and mobile view.
