Footer Builder not responsive to Mobile

Hi,

I must be missing something, apologies if its something simple.
I’ve created a couple of footers in the builder and when viewed on desktop, all is fine however when views on mobile the ‘uploaded template’ shows .

What do I need to do?

Hi there,

Are you referring to Become an Athlete in the footer builder? Please edit that footer and you’ll see two footer. The first bar far is for desktop, the second bar is for mobile.

Inspect each of bar and go to Customize section and you’ll see the Hide During Breakpoints option. That’s the feature you can use to hide it from each device. Hence, what you’re seeing is completely different content for each device, and you’ll have to edit its content if your intention is to display different view for each device.

But, if you just wish to display it the same for desktop and mobile, then please turn off Hide During Breakpoints option and delete the last footer bar.
