Hello,
I’ve turned off all plugins to see if one was causing a conflict and there was no change. My footer has disappeared and when I try to edit I get the error in the attached screenshot indicating it’s a plugin/php. I get this error even with all plugins deactivated and cache cleared.
FYI - I have cleared cache on the site via Cornerstone - the path I read in other support tickets of pro>status isn’t an option for me or I’m looking in the wrong place. I also cleared the cache on the hosting provider, flywheel.
I have also restored the site to a backup file from 2/18/23 the day after I made the last changes. Still have the same issue.
Hi @mizschmitty,
Unfortunately, the given credentials are not working. Can you please check and send it once again?
Thanks
When I restored to the previous date, user was deleted. I’ve added you back in, same credentials.
My client is very upset. I appreciate any escalation you can do as we’ve been waiting for 2 days now and I’ve exhausted all avenues I know. Thank you!
When I restored to the previous date, it reverted to a previous version of Pro. I was hesitant to upgrade as I thought perhaps that was what had caused the problem. But once I did that upgrade, the site appears to be restored. I’d still like to know what caused the issue, but I guess there’s no way to know now.
Hey @mizschmitty,
Please do not bump or self-reply your thread. Doing so will just push the thread back in the queue which in turn, makes us respond to the thread a little longer.
Anyways, I have logged in to your site and I cannot replicate the issue. Please see the secure note below.
Best Regards.
