This footer is one bar and three containers.
When the viewport approaches mobile, I’d like the containers to begin to stack one on top of the other. Right now everything is squeezed too tight.
I’ve tried setting the container and bar to wrap children but it is not doing it. Is there another setting that controls this?

You can create another bar with the same 3 containers then set bar flex layout to column.
After that you will have 2 bars, set one to be visible on desktop only and set the second one to be visible in mobile ony.
The visibility options for your bar is located in Customize tab.
